Hundreds of HITECH™ screen changers have been in operation for decades, some for close to 40 years. Because of the ongoing improvements to the screen changer, many of our customers have taken advantage of scheduled downtime to return their screen changers to HITECH™ for remanufacturing and upgrading.
Depending on the age & condition of the screen changer, some of these upgrades include:
Supply a new stainless steel Inlet Flange having our latest sizing block design
Supply a new stainless steel Cooling Chamber, incorporating our latest design features
Furnish a new breaker plate with proprietary geometry for optimized flow
Replace old style canister/bracket with new flexible “universal” design fabricated from stainless steel
Replace the old Screen Guide & Resolver Assembly™ with new design, with robust construction for trouble free operation
Turn-around time for upgrades & remanufacturing is typically 6 – 8 working days. For customers with less available down time, our work can be scheduled for much a much faster turn around.
